RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of reservations with advance payment, cancellation or modification of the service will be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, changes in the schedule of reservations or refund of the advance payment will not be accepted.
Gift vouchers
In the case of reservations with prepaid payment, cancellation or modification of the service must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and in case of cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full service fee will be applied. Additionally, changes to reservation times are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for advance payments."

AGE REQUIRED
The minimum age required for access to Kamali Spa Massages is 16 years. Minors are accepted provided they have the consent and presence of the parents.

We have special services for expectant mothers. Please, inform us of your situation and let us advise you on the most advisable techniques during this special moment.
